On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game will display a prompt asking whether you allow tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," ads will still be shown but will not be personalized using the IDFA. You can change this setting anytime under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Orbital Rush is rated for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We retain your anonymous user ID, username, and high score data as long as your account remains active. If you uninstall the Game without requesting deletion, your high scores may remain on the leaderboard indefinitely under your chosen username.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orbital Rush: Space Run. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as usernames). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Game (for example, on leaderboards).
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Coins, skins, upgrades, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game. Virtual items may be modified, removed, or reset at our discretion.
If the Game offers in-app purchases, all transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or store policies.
The Game is supported by advertisements. By using the Game, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that you may need to watch advertisements to receive certain rewards.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Game will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or progress.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
